How to work 4 stroke engine cycle? Process of 4 stroke engine cycle. How to work bike,car,trucks engine

4 stroke engine नाम से ही पता चलता है की इस engine मे 4 stroke मे
cycle process complite होता है। अर्थात piston के 2 बार ऊपर से नीचे
होने मे cycle पूरा होता है।



4 stroke engine की दक्षता 2 stroke engine के अपेक्षा अधिक होती है,
सारे heavy vehicle bus car truck etc मे 4 stroke engine use होते है।

1) suction-

* TDC to BDC- जब piston TDC to BDC move होता है इस condition मे
suction value open होता है और exhaust value close रहता है तब petrol
engine मे air fuel mixture का और diesel engine मे air का suction होता
है।

*BDC- जब piston BDC पर पहुचता है तब suction और exhaust value बंद हो जाता है।

2) compression-
*BDC to TDC- piston BDC to TDC move होता है तब petrol engine मे  air
fuel mixture और diesel engine मे air का compression होता है।

*TDC- petrole engine मे spark plug के through और diesel engine मे
diesel inject कराकर  fuel burn होता है।

3) expansion-

*TDC to BDC - fuel burn होने के कारण उनके जली हुई gas का  cylender मे
expansion होता है जिससे piston BDC मे पहुच जाता है।

4) exhaust-
*BDC to TDC- जब piston BDC मे पहूचती है तब exhaust value open हो जाता
है फिर gas exhaust value के द्वारा cylender से बाहर निकल जाती है।
